Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reevv OS ("the Service"), operated by Reevv Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reevv OS is an AI agent management and orchestration platform that allows users to create, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents for business tasks. The Service includes agent creation, task management, integrations with third-party services, and usage-based billing.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Autonomous Agent Actions

AI agents created through the Service may perform actions on your behalf, including but not limited to: sending emails, creating documents, executing code, posting content, and interacting with third-party services. You are solely responsible for all actions taken by your agents. Reevv Inc. is not liable for any consequences arising from agent activity.

By default, all agent actions require human approval before execution. If you enable Autonomous Mode, agents will execute actions without per-output human review. You accept full responsibility for outputs and actions taken in Autonomous Mode.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts; (e) use agents to send spam, conduct phishing, or engage in fraudulent activity; (f) circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing controls.

6. Billing and Subscriptions

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with tiered pricing. Billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Gmail, Slack, GitHub, etc.) through your authorized connections. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reevv Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
